Brief Description of the Class:

Join us for a relaxing and creative evening in 2D Open Studio! Whether you're just starting out or looking to refine your skills, this class offers personalized guidance as you work on your own drawing, water color, block printing, or mixed media project (please reach out if you have a project that involves fumes as we need to check health and safety standards prior to approval in our classroom space). Bring your reference images and dive into the world of composition, narrative, color theory, blending, and other techniques, all while receiving tailored feedback.

This class is beginner-friendly, and you'll have the flexibility to work on your own individual project with expert support along the way.

Supplies to bring:

• Paper (we recommend bringing both newsprint or other scrap paper for quick sketches as well as nice paper appropriate for your final in the medium of your choice) or other substrate to work on

• Drawing and/or water color supplies

• Reference image(s)

• If you are working on a printing project please note that you can sketch and carve your project in this class but printing will not be available until our Print Party later in the month!
