Join us for our annual music and arts festival in Jackson Park (downtown Pulaski, VA)!

We are thrilled for this year’s continuation of Rhythm by the Rails which will once again showcase regional talent, featuring performances by an incredible line-up of musicians—including Noah Spencer, the Draper Line Band, the Mike Mitchell Band, and the Junior Appalachian Musicians of Greater Pulaski (GRAPe JAM). Enjoy artist demonstrations, upbeat tunes, craft activities for kids, a community art project, performance by Pulaski Dance Productions, and delicious food from a selection of food trucks.

  • 3:00 - 3:20 p.m. GRAPe JAM (Junior Appalachian Musicians)

  • 3:30 - 4:45 p.m. The Draper Line Band

  • 5:00 - 5:30 p.m. Performance by Pulaski Dance Productions

  • 5:45 - 7:15: p.m. Noah Spencer

  • 7:30 - 9:00 p.m. Mike Mitchell Band
