Join Us Thursday for Our Opening Reception

Experience the New River Valley’s artistic talent at the Menagerie Exhibition Opening Reception, Thursday, August 14, from 5 to 7 p.m. in Pulaski.


Menagerie 2025 is a community-wide showcase featuring the work of 35 artists from across the NRV. This eclectic exhibition is open to all themes and styles, creating a rich, vibrant display that highlights the diversity of artistic voices in our region. With 85 individual works on view, the exhibit spans everything from oil painting to contemporary mixed media.
 

Visitors will experience an range of media, including:

  • Watercolor, oil, acrylic, and encaustic painting

  • Pen and ink, colored pencil, pastel, and textile-based work

  • Photography, needle felting, ceramics, and unexpected materials like Lego, yarn, and reclaimed wood

This is an excellent opportunity to meet the artists behind the work, explore the gallery, and enjoy a lively evening in downtown Pulaski. Light refreshments will be served, and a cash bar will be available with wine and beer. The event is free and open to the public.

Menagerie will remain on display through October 4, and all visitors are encouraged to vote for the People’s Choice Award, which includes a $100 prize for the winning artist. We hope you’ll join us Thursday to celebrate this dynamic exhibition and show your support for the creative community of the New River Valley.
